TOMORROW FOCUS AG acquired 100% stake in Zoover and MeteoVista

TOMORROW FOCUS AG is accelerating a 100% stake in Webassets BV, the parent company of Zoover, Meteo Vista and weeronline.nl. The remaining 49.01 percent of the shares were transferred to the German investment. Tomorow FOCUS AG was already in possession of a majority of 50.99 percent.

Because of the sales commercial director and founder Bas Rasker will leave the company this coming months. Stephan Bosman remains at least the coming year and will manage the company in Zeist together with the new CEO, Philipp Goos off September 1.
